Problem with new costume.

Need help. After I opened the new costume exchange in the valentines event. the inventory window won't close and the costume went missing so I forced shut down dekaron and afterwards I cant log back in. its been nearly an hour and I still cant log in. it says "Incorrect ID" but I typed my log in information correctly. thank you.
