Second password reset ?

So there is no way on the site to reset the second password ? I have like 3 accounts and I can't remember the second password on any, I'm locked out. And the support system on the site is buggy as hell and also the responses are so slow...

    Hi smorcina,

    There currently isn't any way to reset your secondary password through the website. I know that support can be slow when it comes to some issues, but resetting secondary passwords is easy and we should be able to take care of it if you submit a ticket.

    me too porgot my second pass, no miles exist to send my account data.

    how i can back to my players?!
    they miss me :(
