Cannot Connect to Server

Hello, 

I am Desolation back from the dead. I downloaded Dekaron back into a new laptop to where I was playing almost the whole day. I disconnected from server, as I'm attempting to reconnect back into game. I "Cannot Connect to Server". I've turned my new laptop off, as well as unistalled and reinstalled the game. What else can be the issue?
