    @arranya: have you fixed it by any chance? 
    wanted to try out the game again after a long period, but have the exact same issue.

    Doesn't seem to be much responses on the technical support forum here regarding this issue :)

    I found the issue on my end. My ubiquiti UDM blocked the outgoing request.
