Incorrect ID

I tried to login my main account twice then after that error pop up. It say Incorrect ID. but im so 100% sure thats my ID is correct coz all my Item are there and Im not stupid to forget it. Please help me if anyone got same problem as me please show me your solution or fix this issue.

    Please submit a support ticket if you haven't done so already, and we'll look into it.
