Black Textures appearing.

Hi,

When I play larger maps I get black textures everywhere. Please see screenshot..

Graphics = up to date.
Drivers = up to date
Reinstalled the game several times with deleting the game files after an uninstall.

    Turned Water Effect : On then Off again and it seems to of solved the issue.
