Aquarius bug

I've been playing the game and found that in aquarius Rondo, ruler of the waves is bugged and cant return the main quest

    Hi Papercuts,

    There have been some issues with quests. I'm not sure if they were always that way or if something was changed on the back end without us being told, but some quests are showing up and unable to be accepted or completed due to the character's level not being high enough. 

    If you could, please let us know your character's name and level, and the exact name of the quest that you can't complete. If you don't want to type it here, you can send us a support ticket.
