Launcher Error at 9.6

Any idea why may update stop working at 9.6 version? It was working perfectly yesterday.

I already tried IPV6 and DNS settings as well but still getting the same error, launcher downloading error

    I'm having the same problem. But they have a very bad support. I'm loosing the daily's gift, runes, ammy. Will we have some tipe o compensation????

    This happens after their maintenance.

    same problem here. I've done everything that was published here but nothing solved, or
    gives a non-existent account error or closes after loading the game or in XIGNCODE3. I am unable to log in all weekend. Want to know if we will be compensated for that
