Hello , 
I have 145 BP point and available to get gold key.But when i got the prize , system back massage to me as " You didn't get the rewards" . 

May you help me for this bug ?

    You should send a ticket to them saying you can't get the reward from the AP rewards,
    And they will inject the keys to your inbox as soon as possible.
