(Help) I have a problem playing the game.

I rejoined the game after 1 year. i downloaded blackshot in the same computer as befor. when i start the game everything is alright but when i join a lobby and play by the time i try to move my player stuck's to the ground i found a sollution by holding the W (forward button) and pressing space (jump button) but this ruin's my game because if i let go of W even for a second and repress it my player will stuck to the ground again I hope someone could help me with this matter thank you very much for your time!!!
