[Help] Weapon mastery bug

I pass 2 times the Rookie 3rd at rifle weapon mastery in order to be rookie 2nd but it appears that I'am at the maximum level... And when i disconnet and reconnect i am rookie 3rd again....

Do you have an idea of this bug?
