Hallway masters heart

Hello, i gone in the hallway (by mistake) before i took the main quest and i cant enter it a second time. Can someone help me or fix this bug. thx

    I think that several other players also had this issue before, what might be possible is using Holy Water (VIP) and teleporting directly to the NPC inside.
