Shattered Mysterious Pendant

Hi everybody,

I just finished Manauver's quest in order to get the Shattered Mysterious Pendant so I can start the crafting chain to get the Dragonic Squama. I finished the quest chain and defeated Manauver. I got the pieces of the pendant as a reward and I logged out. When I logged in again, I realized the item was no longer with me.

Is there any way I can redo the quest or get that object again? If not, what can I do? 

Not having it means not being able to get the Perpetous :(
