Is jumping support package lvl 180 free? cuz i can't find my ticket. pls help :(

    The 180 Jump Package was set to expire after a certain time, but this wasn't included in our patch notes. We're restoring them since this was our error, but we'll need you to send a support ticket with the character who is missing it. Sorry for the hassle.
