Battle Support, Potion Setting not working

Hi Tech Support, 

I would like to report an issue, 2 days ago my characters Battle Support Potion Setting Stopped working on all my Characters, is it normal?

    Hi there,
    I imagine that your Holy Water ran out. Potion Setting is only available when the Holy Water buff is active.
    The car's on fire and there's no driver at the wheel
    And the sewers are all muddied with a thousand lonely suicides
    And a dark wind blows
