I can't start Aide fleet.

As it is or was time to start Aide fleet I tried it several times but I couldn't do it. I am company deputy director. As director is off line for several days I tried to do it by mysefl because it is stated this can do it company director or deputy director. So I ask why I can't  do it?

    In order to be able to send aide during the second period (8th-14th), the director or deputy directors should click "participate" during the first application period (1st-8th).

    Now that I've noticed the date this was posted, I assume you were trying to do it during the application period. In my company a deputy director was able to click participate. Unless something changed during the recent updates, it was available for deputy directors.
