Question regarding "UWO GM guidelines" news

Reading News under GM Guidelines and rules. May I be dare to
ask any GM or CA if chat channel rules violators who spent a lot of real money
into game would  be punished the same way
as players who didn’t spent a cent into game? Asking because I think many of
those who deliberately violate chat rules, well knows players from present and
past of UWO (like for ex. Tammie/Killa, Thirstin… and her well known debaters
and particularly trade chat trashers),
are not prosecuted/muted like those who are new and/or didn’t spent a cent into
game eventhou they were reported x-times to Papaya? Even if they are well known
and long time players and friends with CA’s and even they have high tier uwc
stuff and high lvl’s, they should be prosecuted just like ordinary and not
known players. Will those written rules and punishments be taken to those well
knows players just like towards not knows players? I much hope it will be no
matter who disobey the rules, known or not knows person. Can any on GM approve they
will be 100% prosecuted as any other chat channel violators no matter what?

    Shocked they didnt lock this thread since it name drops players.  Honestly only thing to do is report and see if the GM finds it an offense.  If you feel there is favoritism nothing you can really do as its their game and you agreed to the TOS.  You can sue but wont be worth the money, time or effort or the best option if you feel a GM is playing favorites stop buying from the provider and put out bad reviews of the game online.  Outside of that  thats all you can do...money talks and lack of money talks too.

    Didn't know mentioning names isn't allowed here. But I assume I didn't do any harm because those very "few-among-many" I mentioned are well known to the most of community even from the times of OGP and before as they did the same there and here also. Maybe wont be a problem "quieting" them for a start to change behavior if playerbase would be over a "k" or 10k/100k so somehow understand game host to wait and intervene only if something big may happen. Mentioning "players'there can also help a bit so they can start thinking about their behave on trade chat is not appropriate but they are free to use all chat for chit-chat :)  It is really annoying to de-filter casual talk inbetween wtb/wts/wtt lines and many knows that very well. Lets just hope this article can help them in future :)
    Safe sails all and CPC...its really great when seeing you in game from time to time :D
