Cant get AP Award

i cant get my 3 gold keys. it says : You have failed to aquire the reward item(s). i searched for the problem and people had this problem like 2 years ago. how can i get my 3 keys?

    This is a bug that is known by us. Please, submit a ticket and attach a screenshot of the error and we will manually inject the Gold Keys to your post box.
