Battle Support Mage skill bug

as the title states, the mage skill bug is still happening on the mage during battle support. its random, sometimes it doesnt happen for a couple hours, sometimes its instance. i have already reinstalled the game and didnt fix. how do we go about fixing or can we apply this to the next weekly maintenance thanks.
