Main Quest Bug, Evil from Requies

I cannot finish the main quest because i cannot find Demon Syph in his location, I already kill Forgery. only Demon Syph left but  his no where to be found in the map. Please help me . Thank You

    Sometimes monsters will chase players a distance away from their spawn location, and Dekaron monsters don't have a function to return them to their usual location when this happens.

    If you've looked around and still not found the creature you need, try switching channels and seeing if the creature is up on another channel.
    The car's on fire and there's no driver at the wheel
    And the sewers are all muddied with a thousand lonely suicides
    And a dark wind blows
