Log in issues

General
Most of my accounts won't let me log in. It skips the pin code and brings me to this screen with 2 of the buttons overlapping. Or it just gives me the server disconnected and back to the main log in screen. Not all of my accounts are ike this though, it's strange.  image

    Hey, sorry about the issue there. I'm not sure of the cause, but I'd suspect a corrupted graphics asset. Reinstalling the game client often fixes this, I suggest you try that and see if it helps.

    Also, the support forum doesn't get checked much. Support tickets are easier for us to see and tend to get resolved faster, so send us a ticket if the issue is still happening after you reinstall.

    i cant log in after the new server came out
    been aways fir like almost 4months cuz of this covid 19 lol

    what will i do now?? can i still log in my account??
