Event festival tickets disappearing when inventory is full.

If you try to claim your reward, with every other item, if your inventory is full, it simply won't let you take the reward. The festival tickets are bugged. If you try to take it with a full inventory it will let you, but the ticket simply vanishes. 

This has gotten me twice over the last 24 hours ad it is super frustrating.

    Sorry about that. Is this with the tickets you receive from Connection Rewards? Or that are purchased from Hani?

    The connection rewards. and monster killing rewards.  If you try to collect them with a full inventory, they disappear in to oblivion. 

    Or at least they did. i haven't made that mistake since, so idk if they still do.
