arcadia polluted=report cards?

had a question. trying to obtain the report cards, and they are supposed to drop in arcadia?? been farming there for about 24 hrs and havent seen a single report card to obtain the titles. any help would be great thanks.

    Yes, Report Cards are necessary, and yes, they are supposed to drop in Arcadia.

    I'm not sure whether or not they were removed intentionally. I'll look into it and see if they can be restored.

    Ok ty as ive been grinding 24 hrs a day in polluted and purified since my post and only have gotten sun, moon, and wing coins....which means nothing so far. Ive also moved all over the map to see if different mobs drop them. If its a rare drop, then 3 weeks of 24 hrs a day hasnt yielded a single one?! Questions lol
