Are these used? I’ve never known what they're for and if they’re worth using.

    From what I hear from other players, they aren't worth much in terms of the damage they add/heal. But a popular use is against mobs like Key Keepers in Forgotten Underground Temple, with defense that's so high that you otherwise only deal 1 point of damage. Attack forces add the damage indicated, so these types of creatures can be killed much quicker when using attack forces.
    The car's on fire and there's no driver at the wheel
    And the sewers are all muddied with a thousand lonely suicides
