i cant log in after new server came out

hi

i been away like almost 4 months because of this covid 19 problems
i just wanna play today ..but cant connect to the game.. dunno what happen and i really dont have an idea thats goin on since i just came back in game//

hope yall can help me with my issue

    Sorry about the connection issue. What happens when you try to connect to the game client? Is there an error message?

    Also keep in mind that, while we try to keep up with support requests on the forums, you can probably tell that it's not very active around here and we may go a week or two without checking them. Sending a support ticket generally gets you a much faster response.
