Last Level to receive Come to Me New World Package.

I've been receiving the come to me new world package every 5 or 10 levels i think. Now that I am higher level, I am looking into my invertory and I can't find that package anymore.

At what level do you stop receiving the package?

I am playing on Helion, and every new character gets that package from the start.

    The highest level of gear from the current default starting package is 165. There are higher-level starting packages, but they are reserved for special events (such as the Jumping event on Trieste, or the server launch event for Helion), and can't be received if you did not create the character during those events.
