New Player restrictions

Hello everyone. As a new player i find that i cannot join world chat or give another player items with exchange function. Can someone tell me what are the requirements before i can do those things? In addition are there other restrictions on a beginning toon? I tried to find some sort of beginner guide on this but couldn't find any.

    I believe you need ti have like 30 total levels on your character to do all that. It's somewhere around 30 anyways.

    Hi there Boeng, as a new player, by now you've probably allready reached lvls allowing you to make trades with other toons but just for anyone els having the same question.

    When are you able to trade other toons:
    > recieve items = lvl 1 in any class.
    > give = lvl 11 in any class
