BEX error on downloader

Bug Report
Can't even download the game. Already done the "disable DEP" thing, checked for corrupted files, updated drivers, etc.
Win7 64-bit. Does it run only in 32-bit systems?

    system requirements are listed as "minimum", so you shouldn't have any issue with a 64bit. Are you downloading it through steam? maybe try going direct from papaya site.
