cant download

i downloaded the installer im on windows 10 pro 64bit and tried to install the game but it wont. i double clicked the exe installer but nothing happens. how do i install dekaron then ? is there a full game download instead ?

    There have been some issues with the installation app, so you can find all of the game files at this web address: http://patch.dekarononline.com/fullclient/Dekaron_installer.zip

    i downloaded that i got the whole game now suppsedly but when i launch the minilauncher or the launcher it says downloading error and wont start. see the screenshot of the error here>>https://gofile.io/d/kbkKKq

    it wont update. is it because the files u gave dont include the xigncode program ?

    i even tried to turn off DEP (data execution prevention) and still it will not work
