Quick question: Has anyone found all the new Rescue NPCs? If so, does anyone have approximate coordinates for them?

Been looking for Melissa for a week now in Buenos Aries sea and nothing. Keep finding the old ones. I guess these are going to be like pulling good stuff out of cove - fat chance.
