As we all see from few days Balckshot have a serious problem with hackers. But we don't have any info from Vertigo or GM's about the situation. I've reported 3 hackers in 3 last days and every time in a reply I've got general answer like "Thanks for Your help" and that's it. 

You have a serious problem with hackers and a fair palyers want to know the answers!

Are You working on the solution or You don't care. What's Your solution? Do You have a cause of this problem? And when You solve this problem? Or maybe You think there is no problem at all?

This are the answers we need to know as a community and supporters of the game.

    who gives a shit about hackers dude? I heard we're getting another BRAND NEW CHARACTER next patch!!! Aren't you hyped? /s

    -- Quit blackshot go play a real fps. If you don't have a good computer, you can build one for like 500 euros. Instead of wasting 500 euros on this, build a new comp

    only 3 hackers? i have reported 5-10 hackers and the same answer as you!
    Its not funny to play this game at the moment.

    I meet more than 3 but not for everyone I have a proof and as we all see hackers at this moment take over this game. That's why I started this topic. We deserve to know what's going on and when situation will back to normal.

    Hi guys,

    In the name of the hole GM Team I sincerely apologize for the current situation and if we are not providing you the service and support that we should... I really do.

    What I can tell you is that we are doing our best in processing, and also reporting, all the hacking situations/reports that we receive everyday as soon as possible. Unfortunately it's a lot and it takes a lot of time to process them properly (check videos<several times, look for more accounts, etc...).

    I would also like to thank all of you for the huge support that we have been receiving and especially to all that continue to everyday report every hacker that the see in game. A huge thanks to all of you not only as a Blackshot team member and a GM but also as a Blackshot player.

    We hope that this issue gets fixed really soon and we promise that every single hacker that gets reported with valid evidence will be banned on all his accounts. That's guaranteed...

    You will ban all hackers on all acc  and they will make new acc and hack again and again...
     You should disable new acc that can not enter the pro channel. New players anyway should learn how to play in Begginer channel.They have nothing to look  in a pro ch. In this case, hackers will be boring to play with hack  against beginners ..

    Diabo thanks for your answer. I know that takes a lot of time to ban hacking users and You work very hard to do this. I started this topic no because I think You do nothing but because lack of communication between Vertigo and GM's and our community.

    I think VECA have a good idea. You can create on world server 2 or 3 channels for ranks Major and up so we can play with normal users and hackers who have mostly low ranks will have no access to this channels.

    good idea guys but i think they should do it something about hackers rather than create new channels and waste the time :D

    Reporting gives nothing. When, I see hacker which has 24h+ of playing. Most of hackers have already lieutenant ranks...

    Reporting takes too much time and the reward is nothing. Sure, you say the one reporting should feel good about helping the community, but that's not tangible, and besides hackers just make a new accont

    Should give some rewards to players who send in proof of hackers. Finding dlls for you is doing the job for you. That's your job, not ours. Playing your game is enough. Recording hackers is going out of our way and thus we should get some kind of reward, to motivate us to keep on doing it
