Launcher crash

Hi,

i reinstalled Blackshot after an technical problem and now the patcher crashes every time i try to make the first update. I´ve already made a support ticket but noone wants to answer me since two days, Because of this nice and usefull support i´ve no idea what to do.

it only tells me afer 98.9% that it could not download the gamedata 0.0193\Gamedata.zip and than --> crash --> blackshot patcher 2016 steam dont work --> and whole update is lost

and why patcher steam? i dont have the steam version?

if there is any posibility to change to the steam acc i would do that because that works without crashes but....

-Be sure to have those essential softwares installed to be able to play Blackshot properly : http://forum.papayaplay.com/index.php?p=/discussion/36/help-essential-software-to-run-blackshot

Also you can try to use CCleaner after uninstalling the game. Try to fix the registry problems and clean junk files, that might help.
