Disconnecting every 5 to 20 minutes is back - this is getting rediculous

The connectivity issue was better last night up until about 11pm EDT for me and my family.   This morning was not great but not bad.   Up until about 12:30 to 1:pm EDT - it started in Mitera, and now no matter where or what channel, its gone from every 10 to 20 min  to every 5 to 10 minutes of getting disconnected.

I feel that someone is either ddos-ing or something.  Please help the situation

    Got the same dc every 5 - 10 mins.
    After i try to relog i get the 5 mins warning but those 5 mins take up to 1 1/2 hour.
    This way my holy water of allmighty vanishes quick wo being used
