I have an idea how to stop people with hacks we need to make a team with 50 active players who patrol the chanels rooms , and Blackshot give them the privilege to ban instant players who play with hacks .

I can record all the time then i play Blackshot for evidence i have 5TB memory and powerfull Graphics GTX Gigabate 980 4 GB so its not a problem

the best idea is to have allways gm on discord like 24h there is so many gms they can change and than we can call him very quick and he can kick hacker and record too

That gave me a laugh!

I don't believe that they will ever do such a stupid move, searching for random 50 players to give them ban privileges to clean the game, if that happened all I can imagine is waking up and all the channels are empty.

Its their job and I believe that they're doing well in it, its just a matter of time when you report, let them take their time to avoid wrong decisions.

Be patient and everything will be fine.

This is not good i will stop playing ..if continue like this with 100 of hackers i will stop playing forever after 6 years...and i spend hundreds of $$$ i love game but this in not for playing anymore with so many cheaters :(:(:(

Remember Discord is not the place to report hackers... you must always do it by support ticket because sometimes we are already looking for a hacker or your room is full or we are doing something else like checking the ticket system.. i think most of you already saw that the tickets regarding hackers are answered in less than 24-48hours.. that means we are working hard on it so as Waftrue said be patient we know the situation is pretty uncomfortable for you and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

This idea is stupid x) i'm kick of so many games and i still don't hack so.. Imagine if these tards ppl could ban hahaha nice idea but... Impossible to get a good job from some players i think :/

And about ban by record on tickets i had a question, can we have a feed back about our request?? Like "yes thx for recording this guy was actually hacking, you doing it nice" or "no, sorry about your request but your record doesn't prove enough or this guy just doesn't hack" ?

I hope my message could be understand and sorry for bad english :D But looks like more animations and commnications on english's forum ^^

Hi vadim96,

First of all thanks for sharing your suggestion with us.

This being said, I know that things are not good at the moment but we cannot turn into a "witch hunt"...The game moderation is the responsibility of the GM Team and should always continue like that.

The hole ban process is not as simple as it may seem for some of you and it's a huge responsibility on which cannot happen any mistakes or even worst not being neutral when taking decisions... Not only in this case but also in every other company/workplace, when you have something critical like this you should never have a lot of people working with, especially outsiders, because the more people work with it the bigger will be the chance of something going wrong...

The persons that are currently in charge of it, are persons that have a really big experience on doing so (from a totally different perspective that you have as players), had training, have access to special tools, have a signed contract and especially have proven to be trust worthy to do so...

As players, the biggest difference that you can make is by reporting and yes every report is important, even if he is a smiley... Why? Because if we receive reports from you we can focus on processing them and this will make the hole moderation a lot faster. If we don't receive them, we have to be in game searching for one by one and of course it will take a lot more time to do so. We are a small team but even if we were 100 it would be the same... It's impossible to have 1 GM per room. Also as I mentioned, even a "smiley hacker" should be reported and the reason is because here in Blackshot Global there's no "fake accounts". If a Commander in Chief is creating multiple accounts to hack or to test hacks he will be banned on all of them. That's guaranteed.
