Attendance Event Bug ?

Hey all,

I can only receive the attendance gift on my latest created character. I also asked my friends and it is the same for them. Is this a known bug or do I have to do something to be able to acquire the gifts ?

    As I just tried both new and old has the option to take daily gift unless you got them all aready. Also note the event is for lvls 100 and more only.
