Greetings,

I've noticed recently that some of my friends and some users in the forum have been experiencing connection issues while trying to connect to a match or they get kicked from the game due to having unstable connection.

I believe this can happen due to many causes like not having a " stable connection ", slow internet speed, slow upload speed, high latency, etc.

But if you have fast internet speed and a reliable connection then most likely your firewall is restricting part of the connection going between your internet and the game servers.

To fix this, you'll have to port forward all the ports that have been listed, maybe couple of them is not associated with blackshot but just in case.

If you have no clue how to do that, you can visit this page and choose your router / modem model and they will have a full tutorial on how to do so. -- I will be surprised if your router is not listed.

TCP: 80 | 9000 | 19000 | 30001, 30002 | 10121 | 30061 | 10161 | 12020 | 22010 //

UDP: 12020 | 10022 - 10025 | 12060 | 10061 - 10069 //

No sir, you don't need to pay to go to the next steps, once the "Buy Now" page pop-up you can simply hit the " x Close " button on the top right of the page and you will be greeted with a free tutorial for the chosen model.
