  If you want to delete any account you have , you have to send an email ( NOT a ticket )  for each and every account you want to delete to the address below with the following information.

  
  

  Email address ( Which you will send the email to ) : support@blackshot.com

  
  

  Info needed:

  
  

  - Account ID; 

  - Character Name; 

  - Previous Character Names (If you changed your name, write your previous names); 

  - Registered E-mail Address; 

  - Security Question & Answer; 

  - Date of registration;

  - IP address (Find out at www.whatismyip.com); 

  - Last payment transaction from BSC charges (You should have a transaction ID or Order ID on your mobile phone, E-mail, or etc. Example – Transaction ID: 20140510133019359500);

  - Last login;

  - Last 5 Shopped BP items (weapons & gears);

  - Last 5 Shopped BSC items (weapons & gears);

  - Weapons in storage;

  - Clan name;

  
  

  After sending this information, we will confirm it and process your request as soon as possible.
