  @jgranadita If i remember well troldeseph sent a ticket during nexon time and he suggested to the GMs to allow access to an amount of players who can volunteer to help them to spot the bugs before the patches will be released in the global server. I don't remember if his idea got rejected or ignored but this never happened but i would love to see it happening.
