Ticket back from NX about leftovers NX coins

So, Veronica announced on the forum few days ago and ingame about leftovers nx coins would be traded with "items"

We had to send ticket with specfic information.

i have now gotten respond to that ticket as:

Could you provide us more details regarding your issue ?
How may we help you ?

So at this point im pretty fucking confused.

Anyone have any idea whats going on or? O_o

    Yeah i did few mins after it was announced.

    in my case its about 3 different accounts where i made seperate ticket from each account. 
    with a total of allmost 40k NX coins.

    I got the same reply as Olbie2 on my 3 accounts.


    Remember you had to send it until midnight on last saturday with the title "Attention Veronica".
