I probably would level fresh since there probably wont be as many high level players and alot of fresh starts happening which imo would be ideal because you dont know what couldve changed aside from Nexon BS. Lets all rejoice in the excitement that the game is still at least been running 12 years and we have a new host that could make Dekaron great again.
