As the title states. i got this message while logging in to the game.
please help and how i can overcome this issue

    Dear nattee,

    First of all, my sincere apologies for the late answer to your problem. Now regarding the error , please attempt the following steps:

    - Please disable any game booster/gaming software that run with the Blackshot Client.
    - Download CCleaner
    - Run CCleaner
    - Choose '' Tools ''
    - Click on '' Startup ''
    - Change everything that isn't necessary from ''Yes'' to ''No''. Examples of necessary softwares : Nvidia, AMD, Intel...etc.
    - Restart your computer

    Afterwards, please add Blackshot.exe ( which is found in Blackshot > Blackshot > System > Blackshot.exe ) to your antivirus's exclusion list by following the steps mentioned in this > http://forum.papayaplay.com/index.php?p=/discussion/175/help-antivirus-firewall-exclusion-list <. If you have a problem following these steps , please join our Discord server [ https://discordapp.com/invite/0xbhDjsOK2pvy5s8 ]  , go to channel '' Waiting for support '' , and a GM will help you with it.
