Now that we are up and running, please let us know if you find any bugs. You can report details here or send in a ticket to the support team if it need to be detailed with step by step instructions to reproduce the issue.

We are aware of some that the Dev team is creating hot fixes for.

    invalid authorisation key on login//also when I did log in no characters...

    cant update from patch 1.2.8 to 1.2.9 
    i redownloaded the client several times
    i resinstalled it several times
    i restarted several times...

    i do not know if its a bug or not but i got the error message ; invalid authorisation key on login also when I tried to log in i had no characters

    after having to make a 2nd password-it took me to char section and when I hit log on, it took me back where you put in your ID/password and it keeps saying reconnect 5 minutes and then says im disconnected. is the server down again or??

    yep me2 I got only Disconnected nfrom the suvrer and autorization problem sometime ... also only can;t get the welcome tokens from karina

    I haven't typed anything wrong still get invalid authorisation


    @gnikiv chars are not deleted they just lost in transfer same as mine. just wait and it be fixed

    I was able to get back to char section only when I click connect, it kicks me back to login section.

    After waiting 24 hours in plus...now we can not play and characters disapear ! That's a very good start for a new server !
