    You need to take limitless amount of steps to actually play this game. If you actually can pass through all of them. Some of us, unfortunately, fail to pass the first one or maybe second, if we count the download process... but to the point:
    1. * You can't install the game on the 32x OS. That's like a big "NO" for half of the players? 
    2. * If you have 64x OS and you installed the game (YAY, you succeded to pass the first step, congrats :) ) and you already, possibly, have a big smile on your face, you start to attempt in logging in... but... oops... "Invalid authorization key". I assume, you made sure you verified all of your e-mails, but you still fail to get in game. 
    3. * Let's see, some of you passed or didn't have the issue described in step 2. That made you actually give the 2nd password for your account. You start to think you are so close... You verify your 2nd password... Error 600,300. 
    4. * Maybe some of us passed, didn't have issues described in steps 2 and 3. Or at least 1 od them. Managed to log in. And all that could be seen was empty account. No characters. 
    5. * Keep trying. 
    I do think papaya is already worse than Nexon. I could try and say I don't even know why. But I assume the release - with all of the bugs in the first place - is the result of incompetence and massive disorganisation. Or just Nexon hiding itself behind a new name.

    grish13, do you have any antivirus or firewall open? try to disable it if you do. If no, maybe restart your pc and try again or just redownload and reinstall the game. not sure if that will help though

    I reinstalled the game but now i cant even get to version 1.4.0....i am getting "download error" and then it quits luncher..

    I am finally on for the moment-I notice some things are not in the right place. the little holders for pots/buffs are not even and they look like they are beside the places. at char section, the "connect" button looks off centered. I am having trouble fixing the resolution though since I cant get to my game buttons, can anyone tell me how?

    Aliio31, go to the folder you installed the game/bin folder and open "option.txt" find "display" and change to your resolution.

    Got DC'ed from the game, now i cant reconnect. Says it may take up to 5 min then about 15 seconds later says disconnected from server. I can still log into other accounts fine. I have also powered down the pc and turned it back on, still cant log in with my main, and other accounts still work fine.

    Hope there's a quick fix, i just opened 4, 1 day runes, wouldn't be fun not getting to use them :/ Theres another post about it in the technical issues forum.

    No supplied machine, friend list gone,  and pretty much nothing in the premium shop.  No talisman, holy water, keys (yet there are still boxes about)  no IB 2 tickets......  Thought we were going to be able to pick up where we left off?


    Also no High priestess, in ardeca, yet people still have tickets.

    i cant change beetwen skill page 1-2
    before i change with Z or X the pages from skill to lower and uper
    i try to change the control types A and B still nothing hapen
    I reset to default all the keys but still nothing... :D

    They're still expecting that the players do their work. For me it's the last time that Nexon has fucked the players and keep telling lies about everything. At least they know how to make player quit. I'm done with this shit.

    Guys all who login accounts and dont see the chars pls go back to nexon forum log ur old account and tranfer again to vertigo
    same happend to me some how when i transferd it created new account and not transfer mt old.

    @khobra2, I log in nexon but it says my transfer completed. so I cant redo it. :/

    ok so my problem is when i open launcher.... it will stop at a point of 1/10 and will say dowloading error and cant do anything else....please help i know there are others with the same problem!
