Just reporting in to mention that I have the same issue. Could indeed be some character db problem. Newly made account works fine for a friend of mine.
I have found reason for problem. Reason is that if you are logging with merged account (account that is used to be on nexon) you will get this error. I have made new account and logged without any problems. I'm certain that this is problem because I got this error and haven't launching client and exe again and I succeeded logging with fresh new account. So merged account need fix, immediately!!!
This is a transfer error that has to be solved by Papaya Online. Make sure to send in a ticket to them and let them know that you are having an issue with your account. I transferred my account from Nexon and I currently have no issues using any of my accounts.

Brothers dont worry the GM's working on this issue, Someone can join with issue , but he hasen't character in him list, so i agree with psychotaker and this is an database problem.

Could a GM drop in and at least inform us if they are aware of our situation. The no communication is the killer, we expected problems all games have them.

I have same Error but only on One Acc another Acc which I did transfered also works fine without this 600 300 error code. One Acc migrated after Nexon announced that we have to do it and second Acc migrated today and got Error 630 300. I dont have more info to help u solve this problem...
I too transferred on the last day, I believe they took a snapshot before the time was up Or last day transfers weren't processed till after they built there new data base.
Either way I recon they will get us in, its just a matter of when.

Seeing there is so many of us with this problem could a GM drop in and give us an idea as I'm getting no reply from my support ticket.
