For anyone who was wondering the stats are the following :

Max HP : 8000
Movement Speed : 18%
Damage Decrease Rate : 8%
Abnormal Status Resist : 5%
PK/PVP DMG Tolerance : 8%
All ATT : 18%

And the Flag, well it gives you nothing at all, hope that was a mistake, but we shale see.

    wings do give you stats mine gives, max hp, mp 15% crit dmg 10% cooldown 5% destroy 1000 like 6% vit 150.
    and costume in a way a bit more tanky but you lose 100 all stat

    @ flamez24k im not trolling its true i just got the costume and wings it does give you those stats well its a flag not wings but its crap, it does for me and im an AK maybe it works only for ak tell me what site to use for SS uploading so i can share with you guys

    Asian costume and red dk wing still better. New costume is ok but +100 all stat from asian costume way better for tanker class mostly.
