Can't log in, my cursor is not moving

Like the title, until the last update all was working (not good, but working) today after update i login client load the game and cannot connect because my mouse in game was not moving.
Followed all technical support guide.

    I guess you have more chances to find a GM/DSH online on TS in the evening
