Disconnecting: can't log-in

3/4 of time get disconnection error after username/password input, rest when trying to log-in char to server. Anyone has same issues? Was same first 2 days at Nexon, was a problem with latency...

    Yes, I am having the same issue now,  I was logged on, then when I tried to go to Mitera it went straight to the sign in screen,  I tried relogging in, it gave the old reconnecting .. then connected then instant DC again.. nothing.

    I cant log in to check my other two or my main, it instantly DCs

    I am getting the same thing, except the one time I finally got on I had to close the game to fix my resolution. got it fixed, but now back to the 5 min dc thing xD ahhh

    If it is not letting you login it may be due to the server getting overloaded with too many people. Is it just disconnecting you from when you are in the game? Also what was/is your ping (if you were able to see it)?

    For me it started when I tried to go to Mitera,  it went straight to the log in screen,  now when I try to relog, it shows reconnecting, then when it finally connects it just goes straight back to the log in screen again.

    Have you tried using another account? Maybe the map is bugged which would explain for the sudden disconnect and not letting you log back in. Try making another account and seeing if that works. If it does work I would send in a ticket about your other account.

    I tried my other two also.  So far they all still instantly disconnect and go right back to login screen (showing disconnected from server) at the same time

    I have tried 2 accounts as well, same thing. I keep trying every now and again :/

    This time I got as far as the new pin screen for my 2nd character, and it went as far as entering the pin then disconnected right back to log in screen again ;/

    I even tried reinstalling the game, that didn't help.

    so frustrating. out of all the transfers, this is the most trouble ive had. can they fix problems while players are on the game or would they have to do another maint?

    I don't know if this is a helpful tip but I been thinking, thinking thinking, what would cause a game to crash and somehow It came to mind that its possibly a graphics issue so I know I had not upgraded to my latest NVidia so I tried that after trying to sign on many times in last hour. I don't know if this is what did it but after I downloaded the latest NVidia, I tried the game and it worked just like that. hopefully it did the trick and lets me stay on now. so try updating your graphics and see what happens : )

    well this is disappointing, I was switching servers and I got kicked off the server.

    I had this problem but I noticed that xigncode was an older version (from nexon). Make sure that xigncode that is running is the 2016 version.

    Once xigncode was the correct version I was able to log on however even so, sometimes it requires more than 1 attempt at the username/password entry.

    Other notes
    1) I am using windows 10 64 bit
    2) I did not edit anything for screen size
    3) username is without any email e.g foobar not foobar@somewhere.com
    4) The first time you get in, you have to enter a new 2nd password, confirm it, then enter it again.
    5) if you have multiple chars on 1 account, the welcome package in mail will only work for 1 of them so choose wisely ( I do not know the trade status of the items in the package )

    Good luck, lots of people in ardeca now so I think in general things are working but of course bugs will be there, be patient.

    sindee0cake-How can I tell if its the 2016 xigncode though? I seem to get kicked if I switch servers or log off awhile and try to log back. I did have to change my resolution earlier but I had issue logging before I changed that.

    Alii031, when you press start button on launcher, a graphic pops up when xigncode is initializing. The graphic has a version and date stamp. Also the graphic on working version (for me) is like a bagi warrior type guy as opposed to the guy with the magnifying glass. There is probably a more accurate way to find the version that hopefully others will share.

    I solved the problem. Use proxy and try to login once or twice. It works.

    @CenkayV How do you "use proxy"?  Sorry...I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to some computer stuff.

    Aside from trying that, I've done everything else I know of.  Deleted old Nexon Dekaron.  But still getting hung up at the login screen with "Disconnected from server".

    Two days and shit isnt fixed yet... Bullshiting bout new updates but nothing about dcing problem, Best i ve got from this "new" awesome team is getting through 2nd pw screen wow!!! Isnt that amazing???
    Private server deals better with all the problem than fking nexon and papaya altogether!

    I have managed to bypass the problem temporarily by connecting directly to my internet provider, thus leaving the 2 routers in between out! The problem is, I can do that only with my tiny laptop and the rest of my family can't play normally on home network. I repeat: Vertigo guys, fix your servers and allow us to play normally regardless from where and how we reach you!
