Problem With Changing Characters and Multi-Client

General
I tried switching between characters within one account and got shut out of the game.  Tried logging back in, and accounts are inaccesable.  

Multi-client totally does not work.

Come on, Papaya.  We're expecting better of you than this.

    Getting message "Disconnected from server" regardless which account I try to sign into.  Any ideas hot to correct this bad boy
