TOTAL FAILURE FOR LOGIN IN CANADA

I can sometimes get the login process to go through to the 2nd password, and even the "Select Character" screen, but then in goes back to the log in screen saying "Disconnected From Server" when I click on a character.
Regardless of how I try to login, I get variations of this process. For example, accepts User-Id and password, but returns to login screen and says "Disconnected...."
This is a TOTAL FAILURE, Papaya. You have totally blown my confidence in your company transitioning this game smoothly. Time to "start from scratch again" in my opinion. Or return the bastard to Nexon....or Game Hi.
