how to open 2nd job!?

i am a TB summoner and is it possible to open the new chakra and the new pet? i already finished the  quest from the NPC in mitera but it only give me 2 new skills and 4 dash skills. i am pretty confused it been 4yrs since i left the game. :D

    Hi and welcome back .

    You can only choose one skill tree ,you eather go staff and get those charkas or go twin blade (wich you did) and get the specific skills for that .
